Background

Born 1957 and raised in England, Finland, France and the USA Having moved to Sweden in 1976 he took his LL.M. (Stockholm) in 1983 and in the following year was promoted to Senior lieutenant in the Swedish navy. Postgradual studies in Uppsala in the field of International Law between 1985-1988.

From 1988 onwards active as corporate lawyer to a number of companies such as DLW, A.Friedr. Flender AG, Phoenix AG, Villeroy & Boch and others.

Between 1988-1989 managing director of Aristokrat Sko AB and between 1993-1997 managing director of Flender Svenska AB

Legal advisor to Landesbausparkasse Brandenburg, Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf, Hipotekarna Banka D.D.(Sarajevo) and other banks.
